Configuring the Create User Settings
Once installed and activated, the Add-ons tab will become active. To get to the Add-ons tab, click on a form to edit from the All Forms list. The Add-ons tab is listed after the Rules tab.
Enable Create User
Before your form can begin to create users, you must enable the add-on for a form. To enable the add-on, check the “Enable Create User for this form” box. This will reveal several settings for you to configure.
User Defaults
The Create User add-on has several defaults you can change, if you like.
Send Email Notification. When checked, this setting will send the WordPress New User notification email after the user has been created.
User Role. This setting controls the default user role for users created with this form. By default, it's Subscriber, but you can change this to any role you have created on your site.
Email Field. An email field is one of the required fields to create a user. Use the dropdown to assign an email field from your form.
Username Field. A username field is another required field to create a user. Use the dropdown to assign a username field from your form.
Password Field. A password field is another required field to create a user. Use the dropdown to assign a password field from your form.
Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
