Email Design tab

The Email Design tab allows you to create an email to match your brand or style. By default, the Notification email is formatted in HTML. VFB Pro allows full control over the HTML email that is sent out.

Email Design Options

Format. This setting controls the email format type. Select HTML to send an email that looks like a web page. Select Plain Text to remove all formatting and send only monospaced text.

Background Color. This setting sets the background color of your email. Only available when the Format is HTML.

Link Color. This setting sets the link color of your email. Only available when the Format is HTML.

Heading 1. This setting sets the <h1> color and font family of your email. Only available when the Format is HTML.

Heading 2. This setting sets the <h2> color and font family of your email. Only available when the Format is HTML.

Heading 3. This setting sets the <h3> color and font family of your email. Only available when the Format is HTML.

Normal Text. This setting sets the <p> color and font family of your email. Only available when the Format is HTML.

Email Template. Customize the email template however you want by using HTML/CSS. All emails are processed through Premailer to automatically inline CSS.

Skip Empty Fields. When checked, this setting will hide fields in the email that have no data entered by the user.

Templating. The VFB Pro templating system can be used on the Email Template.
