How to Renew Your Support License

By default, VFB Pro includes 1 year of free support. If during this year you purchase another license of the plugin to use on another site your support license is renewed automatically for free. However, if you are only using VFB Pro for a single site then after 1 year you will need to renew your support license.

To renew your support license, simply login to the Support Tickets page here. On the right side of the screen you will see a button to purchase a Support Renewal License.

Simply click the button and complete the checkout process to renew your support license. If you have any issues please let us know though our Contact form.

If you plan on ever using VFB Pro for another website it’s best to purchase a new license of the plugin because you’ll get support renewed for free since every time you buy a new license of the plugin your support is auto renewed for 1 year.
