Freshbooks Settings

If you have a Freshbooks account, you can link your VFB Pro forms together to automatically create a new client.

To get started, you must check the "Enable Freshbooks signups for this form" and then configure the following settings:

Freshbooks API Key. To connect your Freshbooks account, enter your API key and click Connect to Freshbooks. View Freshbooks documentation on obtaining your API token.

Freshbooks Subdomain. Your Freshbooks subdomain is the part of the URL before ".freshbooks.com"

Email Address. This setting is an Email field on your form and will be the email address sent to Freshbooks. This field is required.

First Name. Select a field on your form to merge into Freshbooks First Name option for the newly created client.

Last Name. Select a field on your form to merge into Freshbooks Last Name option for the newly created client.

Company. Select a field on your form to merge into Freshbooks Company option for the newly created client.

Phone. Select a field on your form to merge into Freshbooks Phone option for the newly created client.

Attach a Note. This setting will send a static text note to save along with your new client.
